Crystal Cruises to Go All-Inclusive Next Year

Luxury cruise line Crystal Cruises is making major changes to its vacation approach. Beginning in 2012, Crystal will expand complimentary offerings on its two cruise ships, becoming an all-inclusive line.

After this year, a trip on the Symphony or Serenity will include free wine and spirits, open bars in all lounges and prepaid tips for housekeeping, dining and bar staff.

Crystal Cruises 'All Inclusive' ... responds to the desires of today's upscale cruise traveler," Crystal Cruises President Gregg Michel said in a statement. "As many lines throughout our industry have itemized their services for additional charges, Crystal is maximizing the guest experience by eliminating additional transactions."
