MSC is therefore dedicated to developing new ways of ensuring that its guests can plan the perfect cruise, tailored to their personal needs.    

Convenience and peace of mind

MSC Cruises is delighted to launch the new ‘Park and Cruise’ service which allows guests to pre-book a dedicated parking space just next to their point of embarkation. Enabling guests to reserve parking spaces in close proximity to the ship is not only practical in terms of embarkation,  it also provides guests with the peace of mind of knowing that a safe and convenient space is waiting for them, making their journey from home to the ship as hassle-free as possible.

The ‘Park and Cruise’ service is currently available for the Italian port of Genoa. For the upcoming summer season MSC Cruises will offer this pre-booking service for the Italian ports of Civitavecchia, Venice*, Genoa, Naples, Messina, Palermo, Salerno, Catania, Bari, Ancona, plus Kiel and Hamburg in Germany.

Easy to book

MSC guests can book their ‘Park and Cruise’ space by contacting their travel agent as usual. It is also possible to book this service online through the following MSC Consumer Websites: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, United Kingdom and Sweden.  A recently developed ‘On Board Services Reservation Tool’ is available under the ‘Already Booked’ section of the website and gives guests with a confirmed cruise booking reference number the opportunity to reserve special services, including ‘Park and Cruise’, before their holiday departure.

The ‘On Board Services Reservation tool’ is a complement to services provided by travel agents, designed to offer greater convenience to customers who wish to continue planning their holiday outside of travel agent hours, for example during weekends or evenings.

Once guests have confirmed the reservation of the particular service they have booked, the amount will be debited from their account on board ship through our post-paid service.

When to book

‘Park and Cruise’ reservations, like reservations for all services available through the ‘On Board Services Reservation Tool,’  can be made or modified up to 8 days before departure.
