In March 2013, MSC Cruises launched a creative call to action with the help of video crowdsourcing player Userfarm, asking video makers to capture its unique Mediterranean spirit through short, original videos which demonstrate the company’s belief that life shouldn’t be measured by the minutes we experience, but by the moments we enjoy.


Everybody values different moments in life, and what is considered memorable and moving varies greatly, just like the people and cultures of the Mediterranean itself, the region that inspires every aspect of the MSC experience.  


From the 54 entries received, MSC shortlisted the 10 best and most original videos that communicate this idea, rewarding each of the chosen video makers with 400 euros.


The selected clips have been posted to MSC’s Facebook pages and the company’s over one million MSC Facebook fans worldwide are now voting for their favourite video. Voting will close on 26 April and the winner will receive a prize of 2,000 euros.
