According to reports from local travel agencies in Oslo, Norway, the terrorist attack that took place on July 22 has had little or no impact on travel to Oslo. According to Harald Hansen of Innovation Norway New York, there have been no cancellations whatsoever after the attack, and lots of people are “contacting us and telling us that they are more determined to visit Norway after this tragedy. Norway is not back to normal in the sense that we are burying and mourning the victims of the horrible crime against our country, as we speak. But for visitors to Norway and Oslo there are no restrictions against travel. All attractions, hotels, restaurants are open in Oslo and transportation is running on schedule. We will never forget this horrible day in our history, but we are also determined to get back to normal and wish travelers from all over the world to come and visit us and experience our beautiful nature, great cities, history and culture."
